Placement of Electric Wires or Ropes on any one side would in effect cause extension of that side to that extent.

If any extension on the unshaded area by way of rope / balcony / Electric wire is caused it bodes ill. If Electric wire is inevitable such wiring is best drawn underground and brought to the meter right on the wall itself.
